29th November Sunday-nighters at Flower of Kent, free parking, free entry opens 19:30 closes around 22:30 all welcome. Bar open at club prices. Dartboard, Snooker room and if there are sufficient numbers Social Bingo.

4th December Friday at 20:00. The Falconwood Concert Band presents an Informal Charity Concert, Conducted by Gerry Broadley. Come along and enjoy the music of Mozart, Glenn Miller and Duke Ellington at the Falconwood Community Centre in The Green, Welling Tickets £5. Tickets are available at the door on the evening of the concert, or from the Centre Office Tel 020 8303 9793. there will be a raffle. Refreshments will be available at the interval. Bring your own drink and glasses. The proceeds of the dance will be going to Parkinson's Disease Society. This is not an Oddfellows event but one which is very enjoyable, as pay on the night so you can decide at the last minute , this is a really nice event. There will be space for those who wish to dance to this Big Band. Their next Concert will be in May 2010

6th December Sunday 2pm to 6pm Childrens Party at the Flower of Kent. Children and Grandchildren of members of the Flower of Kent are free, other lodges £10 per child (Changed from Saturday 5th). For those who have already received letters inviting their Children and/or Grand-children to the party please return the forms as soon as possible, stating whether they are coming or not.

3rd July 2010 Saturday Dinner and Dance at the Alexander Suite St Mary's Road Swanley, Kent BR8 7BU. This is the nearest Saturday to celebrate the 150 year Anniversary of the Flower of Kent lodge. Lodge members £20. Details to follow. A four Course Meal and two glasses of wine/head.

10th July 2010 Noon to 6pm Saturday Fun Day at Farningham. There will be a family fun day which will be expanded to invite other Districts to attend. It will run with the same format previous Fun Days. It is hoped the Fun Day will Promote Oddfellowship to potential new members, which might come along for an enjoyable day. There will be a race track to one side of the green for the Children's races and it is hoped that every Lodge in the District can provide at least one or two games, side shows and stalls to keep everyone occupied whilst not racing

5th September Sunday 2010 Southern Group President' Church Service at the St Mary the Virgin Church, Horton Road, Horton Kirby, Kent, DA4 9BN. After the service refreshments will be served at the Royal British Legion Hall, Devon Road, South Darenth, Dartford, DA4 9AB. Full details will be announced nearer the time. Transport to events can be difficult, so Pam Magee is willing to set up a minibus to any event providing she can get enough numbers. It may also be useful to allow drivers to go to an event where they can have a drink. Inform Pam for any event you are interested to go to, then it will depend on numbers.
